Keith founded and led two successful award winning subsea and field development consultancies specialising in delivering projects from pre-concept to completion.
Keith brings over 30 years’ experience with a particular focus on building winning teams, defining project drivers, decision making, effective commercial agreements and supply chain engagement across deep water and shallow water developments.
He has successfully built project delivery capability for tier 1 contractors in many locations around the world and brings a wealth of experience in floating production, subsea systems and integration with topsides facilities.
Keith now deploys his extensive knowledge and entrepreneurial methods to add tangible value to Insight Energy's clients.

A high performing business leader with a successful track record in international operations and development projects; Kevin has served as Chief Operating Officer for a large independent oil company with a global footprint.
Adept at analysing complex problems and delivering workable systematic solutions, Kevin has demonstrated his versatility in multiple roles across the E&P value chain. He has led cultural and structural transformation programmes that have created sustained business improvements, notably in production efficiency and systematic performance management.
He began his 30+ year career as a process engineer focused on operations and development engineering before holding a number of roles in exploration support, decommissioning planning, business development, subsurface management and field development.
With his versatile track record, Kevin brings knowledge from across the E&P value chain and an integrated approach to identifying and delivering value that spans business needs.

Mark is a seasoned leader with over 30 years upstream sector experience. He has delivered tangible business results in multiple geographical locations, most recently as Country Manager for a multibillion-dollar turnover oil and gas operation.
A Petroleum Engineer by background, Mark brings a wealth of expertise in subsurface, development and mature asset management. He has a proven track record in initiating and implementing business solutions that address both growth and core efficiency in a safety first environment. He has built and led teams in both large and small scale environments and successfully delivered major strategic change initiatives that have resulted in substantial and sustained business improvements.
Mark brings a practical and pragmatic approach to implementation and his ability to align teams to critical business objectives and communicate with key stakeholders is a core strength.
A highly effective energy sector executive, Phil has a strong track record of delivering value in operational, business planning and strategy leadership roles. Results focused, he has built and led teams in multiple international settings on a range of upstream development, operational excellence, strategy, HSE and business development projects.
He began his 28-year career with a major international oil company that saw him gain extensive well-engineering experience at increasingly senior levels in the organisation. Phil broadened with leadership roles in commercial, strategy and HSE and recently spent a 4-year period with a top flight international management consultancy delivering board level advice to a range of IOC, NOC and private equity clients.
Phil’s blend of technical, business and commercial skills, allied to his natural communication style and strong personal drive to deliver, means that he can add tangible value to clients on a wide range of assignments.
